The Beckage Firm is proud to participate in the MBA Commercial/Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference, taking place in Hollywood, FL, from May 18 to May 21, 2025. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, the ethical and legal considerations surrounding its adoption have never been more critical. Jennifer Beckage, a recognized thought leader in AI policy and ethics and owner of The Beckage Firm, will bring her expertise to the panel discussion, “AI Policy and Ethics: Navigating AI’s Role in Commercial Real Estate.” This session will explore AI’s real-world applications in commercial real estate, separating fact from hype while addressing key legal, ethical, and risk management challenges.
Jennifer’s deep expertise in AI and its intersection with law and ethics has made her a sought-after speaker on the global stage. In November, she represented the United States as a featured speaker at the Generative Artificial Intelligence for Lawyers and Legal Experts conference in Paris, hosted by the Lexing Network, where she joined leading legal professionals from 28 countries to discuss AI’s transformative impact. She also spoke at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Miami this February, on the rising threats of AI-driven social engineering attacks. With experience as a former professor of AI, privacy, and ethics at the State University of New York at Buffalo, as well as guest lectures at Duke University and across the SUNY system, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to the conversation. Her background, including completing an AI certificate program at MIT, positions her as a key voice in shaping responsible AI policies for the commercial real estate industry.
