She has earned three privacy certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and helps her clients incorporate data privacy and security safeguards at the outset of new data partnerships, products, and initiatives. Lee also guides businesses through data breaches, regularly represents clients in litigation and arbitration, and performs in-depth contract review and legal analysis. With extensive knowledge of the GDPR, the CCPA, and other U.S. and global privacy regulations, she is highly skilled in conducting risk assessments, developing robust data protection strategies, negotiating contracts, managing data flows, and overseeing incident response.
