Her background spans risk management, cyber‑supply‑chain oversight, incident response, maturity assessments, and the design of scalable governance processes that enhance organizational resilience.
Throughout her career, Neena has strengthened cybersecurity programs across industries, partnering with executive teams to build governance structures that support visibility into emerging risks. She is known for translating complex technical and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance. Neena has led governance and risk initiatives at large enterprises and high‑growth organizations, building strong relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
INCIDENT RESPONSE WORK
Neena’s experience includes significant, hands‑on involvement with incident response across multiple organizations. Her work spans cyber‑supply‑chain risk, incident‑response governance, and maturity assessments for organizations facing evolving threats. She has played a central role in developing processes that strengthen cyber‑resilience and ensure visibility into incident‑related risks at the executive level.
As a dedicated member of the firm’s incident response team, Neena assists with containment, internal and external communications, notifications to impacted persons, regulatory reporting, legal analytics, third‑party risk evaluation, and the management and response to related third‑party claims.
BACKGROUND
Neena holds an MS in Legal Studies with a focus on Cybersecurity & Privacy from Albany Law School and an MSCIS from Regis University. She maintains industry‑leading certifications—including CISSP, CISM, and CRISC—and is qualified through ISACA to teach CISM and CRISC courses. She is a long‑standing mentor to women in cybersecurity and has contributed to leadership and professional‑development initiatives in the field.
