Victoria Xikis supports the Firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity practice, assisting with client legal compliance initiatives, regulatory research, and documentation related to evolving privacy and technology laws. She works closely with the Firm’s attorneys on analyzing new and emerging state, federal, and international privacy requirements and contributes to internal and client facing research on data protection obligations.

Victoria also assists with research and drafting in support of the Firm’s thought leadership efforts, including articles and analysis focused on data security, privacy regulation, and the legal implications of rapidly evolving technologies. In addition, she provides support across aspects of the Firm’s practice areas, contributing research and coordination assistance as part of broader response efforts.

Victoria is attending Quinnipiac University School of Law, concentrating on cybersecurity and Information Privacy.

She has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement Technology, with a curriculum heavily focused on cybersecurity, computer forensics, and data privacy. This academic foundation informs her legal approach to privacy and security issues, particularly where technology, regulation, and real-world impact intersect.
