He began his career as a mechanical and aerospace engineer supporting rocket propulsion programs at ATK Missile Products and L3 Communications, work that included published research on solid rocket motors and presentations at IEEE conferences. He later pivoted his systems-engineering background toward cybersecurity, where he has spent the past decade plus as a CISSP-certified practitioner specializing in Zero Trust architecture, cloud and application security, vulnerability management, incident response, DevSecOps, and digital forensics across enterprise and federal environments. Amadi holds dual bachelor’s degrees, a master’s in mechanical engineering from Villanova University, and certifications including CISSP, CCSK, and the recently earned Certified AI Security Professional (CAISP).
